Trivora Store – Refund & Returns Policy
At Trivora Store, we work hard to ensure that each order meets our quality standards and is shipped correctly. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Request Deadline
- Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- After this period, we will not accept requests, except in cases of manufacturing defects covered by the warranty.
2. Product Condition for Returns
- The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and gifts received.
- Products showing signs of use, mishandling, customer-caused damage, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.
3. How to Request a Return (Email-Only)
Do not ship any item until you receive written authorization (RMA) from Trivora Store.
Within 7 calendar days of delivery, send an email to info@trivorastore.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #XXXX”.
Your email must include all of the following information:

Order number and full name

Email and phone number used in the order

Delivery date (as shown in tracking)

Product name/SKU, variant (size/color), and quantity

Reason for return (choose one: Wrong item | Defective/Damaged | Size issue | Other + details)

Item condition confirmation: “unused and in original packaging”

Photos: product, inner packaging, outer shipping box/label, and defect (if applicable)

Preferred resolution: Refund | Store credit | Size exchange

Return shipping country/state (for address validation)
If your request is approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
Unauthorized returns (without RMA), returns sent “postage due/COD”, or returns without tracking will be refused.
After RMA approval, you must post the parcel within 5 business days and reply to our email with the carrier name and tracking number.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless there is a proven shipping error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Eligible Items
- Sale or clearance products
- Personalized items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased in promotional bundles or “Buy X Get Y” offers
- Size exchanges after the product has been used
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after receipt and inspection of the item.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
7. Delivery Times
- The delivery time for orders is stated in our Shipping Policy as 12 to 22 business days.
- Delays within this timeframe are not a valid reason for return or refund.
8. Warranty
- We offer a 30-day warranty from the delivery date for manufacturing defects.
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or chemicals is not covered.
9. Fraud Prevention
- Suspected fraudulent orders or chargeback abuse may be reported to the payment processor or issuing bank with supporting evidence.
- Such reports may negatively impact the buyer’s standing with their financial institution.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated without prior notice and applies to all purchases made after its publication. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
