Trivora Store – Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to ship every order quickly and safely. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. For support, contact info@trivorastore.com.
1) Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
- After processing, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders cannot be edited or canceled after checkout due to our automated fulfillment workflow.
2) Delivery Timeframe

Standard tracked delivery to the United States: 12 to 22 business days from the shipment date.
- Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
- Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier backlogs, or force majeure may occur and are outside our control.

Delays within the stated 12–22 business-day window are not a valid reason for refund or return, as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
3) Tracking
- Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.
- Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the label is created.

Please monitor your tracking and ensure someone can receive the package at the delivery address.
4) Shipping Methods & Coverage
- We ship via trusted carriers; final-mile delivery is typically handled by USPS or a partner carrier.
- We deliver to most U.S. addresses. PO Boxes may be serviced depending on the final-mile carrier.
5) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels
- The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverified addresses.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an address issue, refusal, or failure to collect, we can reship upon request; additional postage will apply. Alternatively, the case may be handled under our Refund & Returns Policy (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
6) Lost, Stalled, or Damaged in Transit
- If tracking shows no movement or an irregularity beyond the delivery window, email info@trivorastore.com with your order number and tracking link so we can investigate with the carrier.
- If the carrier confirms a loss, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate remedy at our discretion.
- If tracking is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it, check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier to open a claim. We’ll assist where possible, but theft after delivery is outside our control and is not automatically eligible for refund.

For parcels delivered damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, inner packaging, and shipping label.
7) Split Shipments & Pre-Orders
- Items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost; you’ll receive tracking for each package.

Pre-order/back-order items will ship when available. The delivery window starts at the time of shipment.
8) Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
- Return shipping costs (for returns/exchanges) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.
9) Alignment with Refund & Returns Policy
- The delivery timeframe of 12 to 22 business days is part of our service terms.
- Delays within this timeframe do not qualify for refunds or returns
- Do not ship any return without written authorization (RMA). See our Refund & Returns Policy for complete instructions.
10) Updates
This policy may be updated without prior notice and applies to orders placed after its publication.
